Through our subsidiary company FM3 Ltd we lead a team of regionally based facilities managers who cover day to day issues throughout the UK. They are highly trained and required to deliver exceptional Health & Safety standards at all times.
Using its ‘bulk buying’ ability FM3 is able to procure building and utility services at discounted rates, which can be of benefit to landlords and occupiers of individual buildings.
Contracts are placed for a maximum period of 12 months.
